1. Delivery Conditions
Delivery areas
We currently deliver to the areas specified on our website. Please check delivery availability in your area before placing an order.
Shipping cost
Delivery costs are indicated during the ordering process. They may vary depending on the delivery area, package weight, order amount and delivery options.
Delivery delay
Orders are prepared within 5 to 10 working days.
It takes between 24 and 48 hours for delivery to your home or to a pick up point for France.
Please note that these lead times are indicative and may vary depending on various factors, such as weather conditions, logistical delays, etc.

Order tracking
Tracking information will be provided as soon as the order is shipped. You will be able to track your package in real time to know its delivery status.
Receipt of Parcels
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the specified delivery address.
If the package cannot be delivered on the first attempt, subsequent delivery attempts may incur additional charges.
Delivery Issues
If there is a problem with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve any problem as soon as possible.
2. Returns and Refunds
Return times
If your order does not suit you, you have 14 days after receipt of your order to return it to us.
Returns conditions

Return the items in their original packaging to the address provided by our customer service

Communicate to customer service the tracking number of the package when it is handled by a carrier

Upon receipt of the order (in good condition), we will reimburse you within 10 days.
Please note that return costs are your responsibility.
